Return Policy

1. Introduction
This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which participants may request refunds, exchanges, or changes for purchases made through Scare Events Pvt. Ltd., including but not limited to haunted tours and workshops.

2. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
Participants are eligible for refunds under the following conditions:

• Refund requests must be submitted within 15 days of booking.

• Refunds will only be considered for cancellations made at least 15 days before the scheduled event.

• Deposits made at the time of booking are non-refundable except in cases of event cancellation by Scare Events Pvt. Ltd.

3. Non-Refundable Deposits
All bookings require a non-refundable deposit of 60% of the total tour/workshop fee. This deposit is used to secure your spot and cover initial costs associated with planning and organization.

4. Full Refunds
Participants are eligible for a partial refund of 50% (10% will be deducted) if they cancel their booking at least 15 days before the event date. Any cancellations made less than 14 days before the event are non-refundable.

5. Event Cancellations by Scare Events Pvt. Ltd.
In the rare case that we need to cancel or reschedule a tour or workshop due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, safety concerns, or force majeure), participants will be offered the following options:

• A full refund of the entire payment, including the deposit.

• The option to reschedule their tour or workshop to a future date of their choice, subject to availability.

6. Late Cancellations or No-Shows

• Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event are not eligible for refunds.

• Participants who fail to attend a booked event without prior notice (no-shows) are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.

7. Rescheduling Policy

• Participants may request to reschedule their booking up to 20 days before the event without penalty, subject to availability.

8. Refund Process
If your refund request is approved, it will be processed within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be made to the original payment method (e.g., credit card, bank transfer, etc.).

9. Non-Transferable Bookings
Bookings for tours and workshops are non-transferable. Participants cannot transfer their booking to another person without prior written approval from Scare Events Pvt. Ltd.

10. Gift Certificates and Special Offers

• Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Special offers or discounted bookings are final and cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
